About Us

Gravesend Fencing was formed as a partnership in 1982, starting life at Codrington Cres Gravesend in a small yard leased from the Borough Council.

Glen Handley then formed Gravesend Fencing Ltd in August 1985, The company has carried out works for many major construction firms including Wimpey, Croudace, McCarthy & Stone, Rydon's Etc. and has been Gravesham Borough Council's fencing contractor for over 20 years! We have carried out major works for many local schools, including Gravesend Grammar School for Girls, Thamesview, Culverstone primary, Shears Green and Knockhall School Greenhithe.

The company moved to Lower Range Road Denton in 1999, a larger site with better access. We employ all our staff, and never sub-contract work. We provide a free estimating service which includes helping you decide what will best suit your needs, measuring, supplying, and erecting your new fencing, plus removing all old materials. We are also pleased to undertake works for commercial and business organisations.
